Delivery and Return Terms

Genix Soft (Genix Soft — Cansu Aydın, Sole Proprietorship, İnönü Mh. Sefa Sk. No:7, Ödemiş/İzmir) offers cloud-based (web and mobile) business software subscriptions. The services we sell are digital; no physical product is shipped.
1.Delivery
- Delivery method: Fully electronic (digital). There is no shipping or physical delivery.
- Delivery time: The moment payment is confirmed, your account/subscription is activated automatically and instantly. In case of delay, access is provided within 24 hours at the latest.
- Access: You access the service with the username and password you created during sign-up, via the relevant product's web address (e.g. servis.genixsoft.com.tr) or its mobile app.
- Delivery fee: No delivery/shipping charge is taken for digital delivery.
- Payment confirmation and activation information is sent to the BUYER's e-mail address.
2.Right of Withdrawal
The BUYER has the right to withdraw within 14 (fourteen) days from the purchase, without giving a reason. However, pursuant to article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the legal right of withdrawal is excluded for digital services whose performance begins immediately with the BUYER's approval and which are provided instantly in electronic form. Nevertheless, we apply the customer-friendly refund policy below.
3.Refund and Cancellation Conditions
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. There is no commitment.
- Monthly packages: You can leave whenever you want; renewal stops at the end of the current period.
- Annual packages: In case of cancellation, a pro-rata refund is made for the unused full month/period.
- 90-day free trial: No fee is charged during the trial; if you cancel within this period you pay nothing.
- Your data is kept for 30 days after cancellation; if you re-subscribe within this period it is restored.
4.Refund Procedure
- You can send your refund/cancellation request to info@genixsoft.com.tr or via WhatsApp 0532 174 73 88.
- Stating your account e-mail and order details in your request speeds up the process.
- Approved refunds are made to the card used for payment via iyzico (or, if paid by bank transfer, to the IBAN you provide).
- The refund amount is generally credited to your account within 1–10 business days after the request is approved, depending on your bank.
