Data Protection (KVKK) Notice

This Notice has been prepared by GenixSoft — Cansu Aydın, acting as data controller, pursuant to article 10 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), regarding the processing of personal data of people who use our services.

1.Personal Data Processed

• Identity & Contact: name, e-mail, phone, company name, address.
• Customer Transactions: subscription, payment record, request and support history.
• Business Data: the service/reservation/account/cash records you enter into the app (these belong to you).
• Transaction Security: IP address, session/device information, log records.

2.Purposes of Processing

• Creating your account and providing the service,
• Running subscription and payment processes,
• Customer support and communication activities,
• Security, fraud prevention and fulfilment of legal obligations.

3.Legal Basis (KVKK art. 5)

Your personal data is processed on the legal grounds of being necessary for the establishment/performance of a contract, fulfilment of a legal obligation, establishment-exercise of a right and the legitimate interest of the data controller; and, where necessary, based on your explicit consent.

4.Transfer

Your data may be shared, to a limited extent and purpose, with the payment infrastructure (iyzico), hosting/server services and legally authorized public authorities. Your data is not sold to third parties for marketing.

5.Retention Period

Your personal data is stored for the period stipulated in the relevant legislation or required by the purpose of processing; at the end of this period it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized. When you delete your account, your data is permanently deleted within 30 days at the latest.

6.Your Rights (KVKK art. 11)

By applying to the data controller, you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is processed, request information, learn the purpose of processing, request correction if processed incompletely/incorrectly, request deletion/destruction, request that the parties to whom data was transferred be notified, and request compensation if you suffer damage. You may send your requests to info@genixsoft.com.tr; they are concluded within 30 days at the latest.
