Distance Sales Agreement

1.Parties

This Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") is concluded electronically between the SELLER whose details are given below and the BUYER who purchases a service/subscription via the genixsoft.com.tr website, in accordance with Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

The real or legal person who purchases the service/subscription and declares their name, e-mail, phone and billing details during sign-up and payment. The information declared by the BUYER is an integral part of this Agreement.

2.Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this Agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and electronic (digital) delivery of the software service/subscription whose qualities and sale price are stated below and which the BUYER orders electronically via the SELLER's genixsoft.com.tr website.

3.Service Subject to the Agreement and Payment Information

The SELLER provides cloud-based (web/mobile) business software. The services sold are in a subscription (membership) model and are provided digitally; there is no physical product shipment.

• Product/Service: Genix Service Tracker, Genix Wedding Planner, Genix Task Tracker, Genix Cash Book, Genix Hotel and similar Genix software subscriptions (monthly/annual).
• Sale Price: The current price shown on the site for the package the BUYER selects at the time of payment. All prices include VAT; there is no additional delivery/shipping fee.
• Payment Method: Secure payment by credit/debit card via the iyzico infrastructure, or bank transfer/EFT. Card details are not stored on the SELLER's servers; they are processed encrypted by iyzico.
• Payment Date: Charged at the moment of order confirmation.

4.Delivery

The service is digital and delivered electronically. After payment is confirmed, the BUYER's account/subscription is activated immediately (instantly) and the BUYER accesses the service with a username/password. There is no physical delivery or shipping; no delivery fee is charged. For delivery details, see our Delivery & Returns page.

5.General Provisions

• The BUYER acknowledges that, before ordering, they read and electronically approved the content of this Agreement and the pre-information (product quality, price, payment, delivery, right of withdrawal).
• The BUYER agrees to use the service in accordance with the law and good faith, and that they are responsible for the security of their account.
• If the SELLER cannot provide the service in cases of force majeure, it informs the BUYER and refunds the amount collected.

6.Right of Withdrawal

As a rule, the BUYER has the right to withdraw within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of purchase, without giving any reason and without paying a penalty. Withdrawal notice is made to info@genixsoft.com.tr.

Pursuant to article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the legal right of withdrawal is excluded for services whose performance begins immediately with the BUYER's approval and for digital content provided instantly in electronic form. Nevertheless, for customer satisfaction, the SELLER applies the Refund Conditions below.

7.Refund Conditions

• The BUYER may cancel their subscription at any time. For annual packages, a pro-rata refund is made for the unused full month/period.
• Refund requests are received via info@genixsoft.com.tr; approved refunds are made to the card used for payment via iyzico.
• The refund amount is generally credited to your account within 1–10 business days after the request is approved, depending on your bank.

8.Dispute Resolution

In disputes that may arise from this Agreement, within the monetary limits determined annually by the Ministry of Customs and Trade, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the BUYER's place of residence are authorized. The BUYER may submit complaints and objections to the SELLER contact channels above.

9.Entry into Force

When the BUYER confirms the order on the site, they are deemed to have read and accepted all the terms of this Agreement. The Agreement enters into force upon the BUYER's electronic approval.
