How do I get started with the app?
After downloading the app, just create a free account with your e-mail address. Creating an account is free; once registered you can start using all the core features.
Do I have to pay to create an account?
No. Creating an account and starting to use the app is completely free, and no credit card details are requested. You can try it free for 90 days.
I forgot my password, what should I do?
Use the "Forgot my password" link on the login screen to request a reset link to your e-mail address. If you have trouble, write to us at info@genixsoft.com.tr.
Is my data safe?
Yes. All your data is stored with HTTPS encryption on our servers in Türkiye. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
How can I delete my account or data?
Send a request to info@genixsoft.com.tr from the same e-mail as your account; we permanently delete your data. Requests are concluded within 30 days at the latest (usually the same day).
