Terms of Use

By using the genixsoft.com.tr website and GenixSoft apps (Service Tracker, Wedding Planner, Cash Book, Hotel PMS) you accept the following terms.

1.Service Description

GenixSoft provides cloud-based business management software. The services are in a subscription model and offer a 90-day free trial. The voice command feature (Genixsoft Assistant) is included.

2.Account and Responsibility

• You are obliged to provide accurate and up-to-date information during sign-up.
• You are responsible for the security of your account and password.
• You may not use the service unlawfully or in a way that violates the rights of others.

3.Fees and Subscription

Current prices are stated on the site (VAT included). Payments are taken by card via iyzico or by bank transfer. For subscription cancellation and refunds, see the Delivery & Returns page.

4.Intellectual Property

The software, brand, logo and content belong to GenixSoft. The business data you enter into the app (records, customers, etc.) belongs to you; it can be exported or deleted upon your request.

5.Service Continuity & Limitation of Liability

We strive to provide the service uninterrupted and error-free; there may be temporary interruptions due to maintenance, updates or force majeure. Our liability for indirect damages is limited to the subscription fee you paid for the relevant period.

6.Changes and Governing Law

These terms may be updated when necessary; significant changes are notified. The law of the Republic of Türkiye applies to disputes; the Courts and Consumer Arbitration Committees of Ödemiş/İzmir are authorized.
